Spending hours writing content for your courses will damage your whole body in the long term, especially if we forget to do some simple tasks to break up the sedentary lifestyle.
Statistics tell us that we are spending about 80% of our day not moving.
Consequently, most of us suffer from back pain and are at risk of suffering from:
